Integrated Mentor Coaching for New Coaches guides and supports you with lightness and conviction in your accelerated development as a coach on a personal, professional and business development level.
We pay special attention to the development of your coaching skills. We observe one to two 30 minute coaching sessions per month and give you verbal and written feedback on your coaching measured against the ICF coaching core competencies. We explore your passion, strengths, experience and gifts you bring to coaching and how to effectively integrate them into the coaching services you want to offer.
We coach you on business start-up and business development, including low cost and high impact marketing strategies to attract your ideal clients. And we challenge and support you in developing a strong personal foundation and transcend limiting beliefs or limiting decisions that might be holding you back. You will experience all of this in a light, safe, honoring, confidential and empowering coaching environment.
Working via telephone makes this program available to you from anywhere in the world at mutual suitable times with built in flexibility. It is the most time and cost effective way to design and build your inspiring and rewarding international coaching business and live a congruent and fulfilled life.
Pre-requisite: To explore how this mentor coaching framework may align with you personal style, and what you would like to accomplish if you were to work with us, we invite you to a 30 minute obligation-free telephone session at a mutually suitable time. For our clients’ and our personal benefit we only work with individuals who are ready and committed to fully engage in this process and the work required.
For the best results we recommend that we work together for a period of eight months, with a minimum of six months.

Your monthly investment includes:
- Two or three telephone coaching sessions per month (2x1hour or 3x40 minutes).
- One to two verbal and written evaluations of your coaching measured against the ICF coaching core competencies (live or taped coaching sessions of 30 minutes) with remedial coaching as needed. These evaluations need to take place within each month and are not carried forward as credit. This will ensure your strong development as a coach while you build your personal and professional foundation and your coaching practice.
- Email support or brief calls (up to 10 minutes) between sessions as needed
- Three monthly 30-minute progress reviews
