Situational Coaching

Situational coaching, as the term implies, refers to coaching confined to specific situations or a one off coaching situation such as completion of a major project, resolving a conflict or dealing with an unfamiliar situation.  It is available by mutual agreement to individuals and teams via telephone or teleconference within 48 hours of making contact.
