Who is Elisabeth?

Elisabeth Gortschacher is an optimist, idealist, visionary, initiator and leader of change and transformation, social entrepreneur and futurist bringing new ideas/ways of thinking into the here and now. She believes anything is possible when we connect with the best in people.

As a leader of evolutionary change, and passionate advocate for life-long learning and entrepreneurial leadership development, Elisabeth brings depth, fresh perspectives, vast global experience and expertise in initiating and leading global change in leadership and team development.

Elisabeth provides personal branding to individuals and entrepreneurial enterprises that inspires, engages and challenges them to think bigger and expand their mindsets beyond what they perceive as possible.

• Organisation Development

• Coaching

Elisabeth has had a strong focus on education and personal development all the way through. What Elisabeth’s four careers have in common is that they are all about developing people, systems, culture and synergy for the highest good of all.

Healthcare

In Healthcare, Elisabeth worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team in diverse clinical specialties, in middle and senior management and education, in both centralised and decentralised decision-making structures.

She set up, and commissioned, several new healthcare services within the division of nursing of a large teaching hospital, and developed services and employees to a level where they could be handed over to newly appointed departmental managers.

As the Facility Co-ordinator of a major change program in Health Care impacting 5000 employees, Elisabeth inspired, supported and worked with people affected by the change to embrace change and become leaders of change.

Organisational Development

As Organisational Development Practitioner in Local Government, Elisabeth led and facilitated major change through innovative leadership and management development programs of staff at all levels with the objective to break down silos and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration, communication and initiatives.

Education

In Education, Elisabeth held a variety of teaching positions that include Nursing Education, teaching in management and small business at Technical and Further Education (TAFE), and at College where she designed and led business, leadership, and professional and personal development programs.

In partnership with teleclasslive.com “Australia’s New School of the Air” she designed and led a variety of virtual programs.

Celebrating her 21st anniversary as faculty of Coachu.com, a virtual, global International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training School, Elisabeth passionately leads and facilitates all facets of Coach Training in a virtual training environment.

The Ticket to Freedom

After becoming a Graduate of CoachU Australia and New Zealand, a Cyber Coach Training organisation that originated in the USA, Elisabeth founded and established E.E.G.Coaching Pty Ltd, an international coaching and training company in 1998. 

Right from the start Elisabeth set out to establish her business as a an international Centre of Excellence to serve humanity. She didn’t realise the full impact of this decision till years later, when she founded World Leadership Day in 2007 and developed it into a credible global platform to change the way we think about leadership and develop leaders for the new world.

Over a period of seven years she build a team of 24 World Leadership Day Ambassadors across five continents before stepping back from the leadership in early 2014, gifting World Leadership Day and its legacy to Dr Morne Mostert, former World Leadership Day Ambassador to South Africa.

In addition to Elisabeth’s rich and diverse professional experience and expertise in Leadership, Management, Organisation Development, Education, Training and Development, her clients benefit from her 22 years Professional Coaching experience and expertise. On September 22, 2020 she will celebrate the 22nd aniversery of her company E.E.G Coaching Pty Ltd

Elisabeth has expertise in areas of career to business transition; business start up and business expansion, entrepreneurial leadership  Personal Branding  and niche development, and preparing coaches for credentialing with the International Coach Federation, a global professional body for coaches.

She is the leading authority in Personal Branding DNA^TM facilitating authentic personal brand development that raises her clients’ profiles and is transferable across professional careers and entrepreneurial business ventures.

Staying Ahead of the Curve

For Elisabeth, ongoing learning is as essential as breathing. It is a gift, a priviledge, a personal responsibility, and extremely rewarding.

Elisabeth holds several Australian tertiary qualifications, including an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney; Bachelor Degree in Education (Nursing) and Graduate Diploma in Administration from Armidale College of Advanced Education.

Since 2006 she has held the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential, the highest credential awarded by the International Coach Federation. As of December 2019 the MCC Credential is held by only 1,174 coaches of 29,431 in 123 Countries.

Being a life long learner, Elisabeth holds many certifications that include Personal Branding DNA™, NicheCraft, Conflict Resolution and Guerrilla Marketing. 

She is an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified Agent of Conscious Evolution and holds a Master of Wealth and Achievement from The Academy of Wealth and Achievement and Universal Event Pty Ltd.

In 2012, Elisabeth completed Radio Broadcasting Training and was one of five presenters in the newly launched Community Radio Station Binjang 91.5 FM, leading her own twice weekly program "Beyond Boundaries" under her broadcasting name Elisa Sunshine.
